Pootie's Pouting

Arwen the Terrible is most upset -- and telling us all about it.

Her problem?  Arwen is a Clintonista; her sworn pootie enemy Zasu Pitts Pootie is an Obamamaniac.  And that nassssty little usurper pootie's candidate is taking the nomination!

Even worse, there's going to be another party.  At her house!  And she hateses parties, with all sorts of strange peeples coming to her house.  Aaaand she just knows all those peeples will be talking about that Obamamama guy and how wuuunderful he is, rubbing salt into a poor, pitiful pootie's wounds.

Gawd!  Arwen just hates when those young, charming usurpers take over an older gal's rightful place!

But Obama will be the nominee, no matter what Arwen says.  And we will be having a party, no matter how much she whines.  The details

When:  Saturday, June 21, 2008, 4:00 p.m. to whenever

What:  Kinda-sorta-pot luck.  I’ll throw a few somethings on the grill for the main course, and all ya’ll will be bringing the deserts and side dishes.

And, of course, johne will bring the chocolate fountain (we don't let him in the house without the fountain.  Oh, and john -- I have your fondue forks).
